DDP (Data and Digital Platform) Overview:
Many organizations today face challenges rooted in siloed data, fragmented legacy systems, and rising architectural complexity. BCG's Data and Digital Platform (DDP) offering helps clients move beyond these limitations-transitioning from outdated, inflexible systems to modern, scalable platforms that enable faster and more cost-effective deployment of digital use cases.
DDP is not just a solution-it's an architecture, an approach, and a language that powers transformation at scale:
- A modular architecture that decouples data from legacy core systems, enabling flexibility and reusability
- A use case-driven modernization approach that delivers incremental value while updating the underlying tech stack
- A common taxonomy that aligns data and technology needs across the organization, breaking down silos and promoting cross-functional collaboration
This integrated approach enables organizations to scale their data, digital, AI, and GenAI initiatives-unlocking speed, agility, and sustained impact.
