What You Will Get To Do:
- Support the implementation and onboarding of insurance companies onto SS&C’s Next Generation solution (Singularity) ensuring that clients achieve their objectives and SS&C has successful, referenceable clients
- Draft and manage implementation project plans and budgets coordinating with client project managers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure best practice project management techniques are deployed in the implementation of the Singularity solution, recommend and implement improvements to drive repeatability and efficiency
- Close stakeholder management and regular project reporting to ensure the project is well understood and supported by all who could influence its outcome.
- Be a reliable point of contact for all Client enquiries, issues and requests throughout a project or implementation. Perform and/or lead activities related including requirements analysis, business process analysis, product configuration, detailed project documentation, Client communication, issue resolution, testing, Client training/education and solutions deployment.
What You Will Bring:
- Prior experience project managing complex, software implementation and onboarding projects (~4-6 years)
- Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail and a self-motivated, “Find a way to get it done” attitude
- Financial industry and consulting experience, ideally with experience within investment management industry
- Ability to troubleshoot details while maintaining the “big picture” view, manage high pressure client situations, build trust with the clients, and prioritize multiple simultaneous issues
- Strong judgment, risk & issues management, and problem analysis techniques
- Broad knowledge of investment accounting – ideally hands on experience implementing, or supporting SS&C I&IM products
- B.S. in Accounting, Finance or Economics, or similar
