Location: Hybrid in Pawtucket, RI (Tues-Thurs on-site, Mon & Fri remote)

Rate Range: $60-$66 per hour

Job Description:
Our client, a leader in the entertainment and consumer products industry, is seeking a strategic and creative Global Brand Marketing Manager to support their high-profile brands. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated global marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement, brand growth, and long-term market relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy grounded in consumer insights and aligned with the brand's entertainment and licensing vision.
- Build comprehensive category plans that establish a strong, enduring brand position and deliver on volume, profit, and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal Design and Development teams to create innovative product lines that align with global retail priorities and channel strategies.
- Lead the creation of primary communication assets across advertising, PR, digital, and social platforms.
- Analyze brand, product, and category performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Deliver go-to-market toolkits to support regional marketing execution and consistency.
- Serve as the key liaison for all licensing-related business matters, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
- Support regional merchandising initiatives in accordance with the global category plan.
- Stay current on consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity to inform strategy and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing and product development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to translate strategic vision into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Deep understanding of product development and go-to-market processes.
- Expertise in digital marketing, media planning, licensing, and promotional campaigns.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate across teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation, learning, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in team leadership and talent development.
