Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join their team.
*This role requires working on-site in Stamford four days a week, with one day remote.
*This role is a mix of digital and print design but leans heavy on the digital side.
Responsibilities:
-Developing and executing high-quality visual design solutions that align with our clients brand identity across digital, print, video, social, and experiential channels.
-Be a part of the in-house Creative Studio developing marketing assets, campaign visuals, and brand experiences, for paid media and owned channels
-Building and maintaining scalable design systems and brand guidelines for company-wide use while ensuring design frameworks are adaptable for various platforms, devices, and audience segments.
-Continuously refining and evolving the brand identity system to meet emerging design trends and business needs.
-Staying ahead of emerging design technologies and creative trends, integrating them into workflow processes while experimenting with AI tools, motion graphics, 3D rendering, and interactive design to push creative boundaries.
-You'll work closely with marketing, product, UX, and content teams to create visually compelling brand experiences and provide art direction and creative leadership for design projects, ensuring alignment with business goals while collaborating with external agencies, vendors, and production partners to execute large-scale design initiatives.
-You must be resourceful, eager to learn, and able to adapt to an ever-evolving work environment and industry.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or art direction in a corporate or agency environment.
-Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and generative AI tools.
-Strong expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
-Experience developing design systems and scalable templates for multi-platform use.
-Experience working in digital, print, video, and interactive media formats.
-Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams. Systems thinker, skilled in creating scalable and repeatable design systems
- Can balance creativity with strategic business objectives, ensuring high-impact visual storytelling.
