Our client, a healthcare provider in Nashville, TN, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid opportunity - 4 days onsite in downtown.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will help develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing strategies across digital channels - websites, email, SEO/SEM, and social media. This role will spearhead the digital efforts for the team by creating workflows and processes, analytics, and message testing, while acting as a consultative partner for different business units.
Senior Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with strategic marketing and cross-functional teams to develop digital marketing plans that align with business objectives
-Implement digital programs and tactics, leveraging events, tradeshows, display ads, and more to build brand awareness and generate leads
-Oversee the development and updates of websites, including strategy, content, and engagement reporting.
-Utilize marketing automation platforms (CRM) to develop lead flow, tracking, and reporting for lead generation, drip campaigns, and market research
-Partner with creative, communications, and social teams to ensure visual design/layouts of websites, communications, content calendars, etc. are consistent with branding guidelines and optimized for engagement.
-Develop A/B tests, track and analyze tactics, and adjust to maximize engagement. Capture results in marketing automation and CRM platforms
-Establish and track KPIs, SEO results, and ROI for all digital marketing campaigns. Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and improve program efficiency. Report on performance and educate all levels of management on findings and recommendations
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
-Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, including marketing automation, website management, and digital campaigns
-Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and Salesforce
-Experience selecting/managing third-party vendors and integrating technology stacks
-Hands-on approach -willingness to execute tactics and not just develop strategies
-Agency background preferred
-Strong expertise in digital tools and platforms, combined with a solid understanding of traditional marketing principles
