Responsibilities
- Lead and managecross-functionalIT projects using acombinationof traditional and agile methodologies.
- Assistteams in planning their work, encompassing both operational and project-related tasks.
- Drive project delivery,ensuringadherenceto agile principlesacross all team members.
- Facilitate projectplanning sessions,daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectivestailored to team needs.
- Conductproblem-solving and root cause analysis toovercomedeliverychallenges.
- Fosteracollaborative team environment by understanding and managing group dynamics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on project progress, including risk mitigationstrategies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teamsforseamless project execution.
- Mentorand guideteam members on agile practices and principles.
Qualifications
- 3+ yearsofexperience managing IT projects using both traditional and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of agile principles, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and root cause analysis abilities.
- Ability to adapt and blend project management techniques to suit project needs.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
