Full Job Description

We’re defining what it means to build and deliver the most extraordinary sports and entertainment experiences. Our global team is trailblazing new markets, developing cutting-edge products, and shaping the future of responsible gaming.

Here, “impossible” isn’t part of our vocabulary. You’ll face some of the toughest but most rewarding challenges of your career. They’re worth it. Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, AI, you’ll architect and deliver core infrastructure from LLM runtimes to vector databases that power intelligent development tools at scale. You’ll craft systems that transform how engineers write, test, and ship code, leading integrations that reduce friction and boost productivity. Partnering across teams, you’ll embed Gen-AI into workflows, mentor teammates, and champion scalable solutions that drive innovation throughout the development lifecycle.

What you’ll do as a Senior Lead Software Engineer, AI

  • Design and build AI-powered tools that enhance how engineers write, test, deploy, and monitor code, making development faster, smarter, and more automated.

  • Collaborate across teams to uncover pain points in the developer journey and lead the integration of intelligent agents and assistants that boost code quality, reduce friction, and eliminate repetitive tasks.

  • Drive best practices for embedding Gen-AI into engineering workflows, from code generation to CI/CD, and take ownership of solutions that directly impact how our products are built.

  • Mentor engineers and advocate for scalable, maintainable AI tooling, fostering a culture of learning and experimentation.

  • Stay plugged into the latest advancements in LLMs and AI-assisted development, evaluating new technologies and shaping how they’re adopted internally.

What you’ll bring

  • Expertise in building software that incorporates AI/ML into developer workflows, including code generation, linting, test writing, and CI/CD.

  • Strong coding skills in at least two languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, C#.

  • Experience designing and implementing systems that improve engineering velocity or product delivery.

  • Clear, confident communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Open-source contributions or experience with AI/ML libraries, agent frameworks, or LLM integration would be a plus.
