What You Will Be Doing
Join our team as Senior Manager, Advanced Engineering and lead a high-performing group driving innovation in Golf Ball Operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, manage strategic projects, and deliver advanced manufacturing solutions that align with global business goals. Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D and Operations, you’ll guide the design and deployment of new equipment and processes that enhance capacity, reduce costs, and improve performance. You’ll also champion intellectual property protection, foster best practice sharing across facilities, and inspire a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience, including: Specification and implementation of automated manufacturing systems.
Minimum 2 years of direct supervision of engineering staff.
Strong knowledge of automated equipment design tools and controls technology.
