What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Manager of Media Strategy, you will lead the development and execution of integrated media plans for the #1 Ball in Golf, overseeing brand and performance channels across the full marketing funnel. With a deep understanding of the U.S. media landscape and a proven ability to drive both brand-building and performance-driven campaigns, you’ll craft impactful strategies that align with business goals and consumer insights. You’ll collaborate closely with the Golf Ball Creative Team, DTC Sales, Titleist Brand, and Golf Clubs Marketing teams to ensure messaging is optimized for each media channel and campaign objective. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong blend of creative and analytical skills, capable of managing large-scale media budgets, defining KPIs, and optimizing performance in real time. You’ll also lead agency relationships, guide cross-functional collaboration, and support international markets with best practices and planning expertise. Reporting to the Vice President of Titleist Brand and working closely with the Creative Director of Golf Balls, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a seamless and effective golfer journey through innovative, data-driven media leadership.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in media, performance marketing, and/or brand marketing
Deep understanding of full-funnel media strategy and execution
Proven track record of driving high growth at the brand or category level
Strong experience with marketing KPIs and data analysis to support strategic goals
Demonstrated leadership with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to manage agency partners and negotiate effectively
Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams, particularly around strategic initiatives and change management
Ability to bring structure and organization to complex, multi-layered teams with interdependent workflows
Highly effective under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Able to distill complex data into clear, compelling presentations for executive audiences
