Location: Northeast (Remote)

Focus: Oncology

Job Overview: As the Medical Director, youll spearhead the advancement of cutting-edge cancer therapies into Phase 3, guiding these promising treatments from advanced clinical trials to demonstrable clinical efficacy.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Advance the progression of Phase 3 trials, meeting timelines and objectives.
• Create trial synopses and protocols, aligning with study aims.
• Assist clinical operations in site selection and training.
• Manage clinical program oversight and data integrity.
• Analyze data and contribute to reports and publications.
• Represent the program at scientific and regulatory events.
• Build collaborative ties with stakeholders to push clinical goals.
• Aid in regulatory filings and uphold ethical standards.

Primary Job Requirements:

• MD or MD/PhD degree specialized in oncology with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience within oncology trials in the pharma/biotech industry.
• Expertise in analyzing molecular biology and pharmacokinetics within the field of oncology.
• Well-versed in pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) and biostatistical applications in clinical development.
• Proficient in assessing oncology study data to determine treatment efficacy and safety.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and the regulatory landscape for international oncology clinical trials.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a clinical research environment.
• Dedication to upholding ethical practices and enhancing treatment results for cancer patients.
