Job Description Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted 100% remotely. While the scheduled shift follows a 9/80 (8am-5pm EST), the candidate will be expected to occasionally work extended hours during various project phases.

To support our Supply Chain, we need to establish firm, fixed long term pricing agreements with numerous suppliers. These agreements include terms and conditions, which typically require negotiation and regular updates. As a Senior Supply Chain Contracts Specialist, with support from Procurement Compliance and Legal, you will be responsible for the negotiation of Proprietary Information Agreements and Terms and Conditions in support of the Global Category Management Negotiation projects that supports the wider Procurement community.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- BS or BA in Business/Contract Administration or relevant field + 4yrs of experience with NDAs/PIAs and government and/or commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR & EAR requirements.
- Superior organization skills.
- Highly motivated with ability to work independently.
- Sound interpersonal skills; ability to interface, coordinate and influence all levels of internal and external customers.
- Sound ethical judgement when interpreting policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Microsoft 365 Office knowledge (Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
- JD (Juris Doctor)
- Experience in Supply Chain
- Knowledge of Distribution Logistics
- Knowledge Blanket Ordering Agreements/Long Term Supply Agreements
