Job Title: Smartsheet Development Coordinator

Location: Remote

Duration: Long-Term Contract


Position Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Smartsheet Development Coordinator to support the Property Administration Smartsheet team in driving process improvements across chain-wide initiatives and project-specific builds. This is a remote, long-term contract role with the potential to evolve into a project management position over time.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining and advancing the Smartsheet platform, supporting development managers, and contributing to documentation and administrative tasks that enhance team efficiency.


Primary Responsibilities

Smartsheet Administration

  • Manage access control for system assets
  • Own daily and weekly data updates
  • Perform periodic archival of system assets
  • Maintain access group settings
  • Create and maintain documentation

Smartsheet Advancement

  • Document meetings and project updates
  • Develop job aids (potentially using AI tools)
  • Support project documentation efforts

Education & Experience

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (1–3 years)
