Our client, a leading CPG brand, is looking for a freelance Social Media Coordinator to assist their team! This is a 40 hour / week position, based hybrid onsite / remote in Philadelphia (2 days per week onsite, 3 days remote).
The Social Media Coordinator will:
-publish and schedule daily posts across all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) and ensure brand voice / tone are consistent
-monitor social channels for trends, opportunities, customer engagement, and promptly respond to comments + messages
-collaborate with marketing team to implement the content calendar, and align posts with product launches, campaigns, etc.
-work with creative team to coordinate assets for posts (images, videos, and copy) and ensure all posts adhere to their brand guidelines
-assist in managing / monitoring influencer campaigns
The Social Media Coordinator has:
-ideally 2+ years of professional work experience in social media (ideally brand side) and previous experience handling both posting / scheduling, as well as community management
-any experience working on a CPG / food brand is preferred
-ability to respond to comments promptly / professionally, and strong attention to detail
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
