What You'll Do...

· Analyze customer accounts, gather records such as purchase orders, sales tickets, and charge slips to compile data needed for invoicing.

· Utilize advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Power Pivot) to analyze transactional data, identify errors, and perform calculations.

· Post complex transactions to accounting records such as work sheet, ledger, or computer files.

· Prepare invoices, listing items or services sold, amounts due, and dates of service or shipment.

· Prepare credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed services.

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize billing efficiency while maintaining positive cross-functional relationships.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

· Prepare and deliver presentations in front of leadership, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations derived from data analysis.

· Strict adherence to billing cycle deadlines.

Who You Are...

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.

· Proven analytical skills with a thorough understanding of data analysis principles and techniques.

· Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Power Pivot.
