About the Role

The Senior Partner Executive, Healthcare is responsible for developing the Workday pipeline across all GSI and /or Advisory Partners within the Healthcare industry. In addition to working with our Partners, the Senior Partner Executive will work across multiple internal functions, including (but not limited to) services, marketing, pre-sales, value management, legal, and industry.

About You

This role requires software alliances expertise, executive presence, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years professional experience with the healthcare industry

  • 5-10+ years of professional experience in Partner Alliances with an ERP software organization.

  • 5-10+ years of professional experience in Business Development or Sales Strategy for a Partner Alliances team

Other Qualifications

  • Healthcare Large Enterprise market experience required.

  • Experience working with Global System Implementors, staffing partners, independent software vendors, and other types of firms that influence technology selection decisions.

  • Experience supporting multiple C-Level stakeholders.

  • Sales experience in the region, direct and indirect, in the space of HCM and/or ERP and business applications, working across mid-market segments.

  • Proven results in working across matrixed organizations, with complex team-based sales environments, and able to influence sales organizations and partner GTM motions.

  • Cloud Technology, Data, Analytics, API, and platform experience and understanding.

  • Validated experience in delivering strong results in pipeline generation and bookings.

  • Understanding of Channel GTM motions, including selling through/to channel partners, co-selling/re-selling.

  • Experience in public market facing activities.

  • Ability to envision the future for our partners within their area of influence and share that vision broadly.

  • Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team and across multiple departments and groups in a highly dynamic environment.

  • Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of areas and build clear communications.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com.

  • MBA or Masters equivalent a plus.

  • Location: US Workday office with ability to travel within the country acceptable.

  • Moderate Travel: 25-40%


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $128,200 USD - $192,400 USD


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $ USD - $206,200 USD

If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $122,200 - $183,200 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
