About the Role
Work with the team to design, implement, and manage the DevOps toolset
Operate and maintain the DevTools ecosystem, including Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, BitBucket, Artifactory, and HashiVault
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system reliability and scalability
Perform regular application and infrastructure upgrades for DevOps toolset
Collaborate with development teams to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and integration
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in DevOps engineering
Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience in administrative activities or managing infrastructure of Jenkins, Atlassian tools, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory
Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Additional Skills:
Experience with HashiCorp Vault (HashiVault) for secrets management is a plus
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 55,000 - 100,000This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
