What You Will Be Doing
Join Team Titleist as an Event Planner and help bring unforgettable golf experiences to life. In this dynamic role, you’ll support the planning and execution of world-class in-person events for our passionate community, handling everything from logistics and product coordination, inventory tracking, shipping coordination, to on-site setup and guest engagement. You’ll also contribute to our digital presence through content creation, forum interaction, and member support. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure proper product representation and gather valuable feedback to shape future initiatives. This role involves approximately 30–40 days of travel annually and offers a unique opportunity to connect with golf enthusiasts while driving brand engagement and innovation.
What You Bring
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Minimum 1 year in event coordination, marketing operations, or community engagement/management
Strong timeline and task management
High attention to detail and consistency
Excellent interpersonal and written communication
Energetic and outgoing in live event settings
Familiarity with shipping tools, spreadsheets, project management tools, and digital content platforms:
Self-starter with personal accountability
Delivers high-quality work without micromanagement:
Passion and knowledge of golf
Willingness to travel frequently
