The Crown Is Yours
Join our Talent Acquisition Operations team as a Candidate Experience Associate, where you'll partner with recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate a high volume of phone, virtual, and onsite interviews. You'll be the primary contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive interview experience. In this role, you'll have an opportunity to enhance the candidate experience and support our Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-month temporary position based in our Boston HQ Office.
What you’ll do as a Candidate Experience Associate
Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to schedule a high volume of phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during interviews, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey and experience.
Manage in-person interviews in the Boston office, including greeting candidates, providing office tours, and escorting them out once the interview is complete.
Identify areas of opportunity to improve the overall experience for the candidate and Talent Acquisition team.
Manage candidate activity and scheduling in our applicant tracking system.
What you’ll bring
At least 1 year of professional experience or relevant internship/Co-op experience.
Flexible working hours to accommodate onsite interviews for candidates and teammates in different time zones.
Human Resources or recruiting-related experience is a plus.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
A candidate-first mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to deliver the best experience possible.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 22.31 USD - 27.88 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
