We are seeking a Vice President, Applications and Platform Delivery to join American Tower’s IT organization. The Vice President oversees the strategic direction, development, and management of technology solutions and platforms. This role encompasses a wide range of functions and platforms, including Oracle EBS, Siterra, Salesforce, custom applications, and enterprise data management. The incumbent drives standardizations, integrations, and innovations across platforms to enhance operational efficiencies, improve IT customers’ satisfaction, and support the American Tower’s strategic goals. This position requires a strong leader who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage relationships, and ensure that technology solutions align with business needs.

What You Can Offer Us

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the management and optimization of all technology platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.    
• Oversee the administration and enhancement of key platforms, including Oracle EBS, Siterra, Salesforce, and custom applications, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.    
• Lead initiatives to integrate disparate systems and automate processes, leveraging technologies such as robotic process automation (“RPA”) and AI to drive operational efficiencies and reduce manual efforts.    
• Foster strong collaboration to ensure that technology solutions are designed with a clear understanding of business requirements and objectives.    
• Regularly assess and refine technology solutions and processes, driving enhancements that improve users’ experiences and operational performance.    
• Develop training programs for team members and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of technology solutions and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.    
• As a Vice President, you are responsible for the recruitment, performance management, and career development for your team. You’ll also be expected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables us to meet our business objectives.    
• Other duties as assigned.    

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of technology project/product management experience, with a strong focus on enterprise architecture, data management, and platform integration required.
• Deep knowledge of key platforms, including Oracle EBS, Siterra, Salesforce, and data management tools required.
• Experience with integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, application programming interfaces) and automation tools (e.g., RPA) required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and drive organizational changes. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across diverse teams, ensuring alignment on initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align initiatives with strategic goals, particularly in enhancing customers’ experiences and operational efficiencies.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and a proactive approach to exploring new solutions that can drive value.
• Approximately 10% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
