We are seeking a Vice President, IT Infrastructure & User Services to join American Tower’s IT organization. The Vice President oversees the organization's IT infrastructure and ensures end-user services are effective, reliable, and aligned with business needs. This role involves the strategic development and management of all infrastructure-related activities, including network services, data center operations, and end-user support services. The Vice President ensures that the infrastructure supports the enterprise's current and future requirements while optimizing uptime and service delivery. The Vice President drives initiatives to enhance users’ satisfaction and productivity through technology solutions and support.

- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliable and secure operation of all IT systems including networks, servers, and associated hardware.
- Manage the end-user support services team to provide timely and effective assistance to employees, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and productivity.
- Develop strategies to enhance the scalability and performance of IT infrastructure in support of organizational growth, aligning with business objectives and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to reinforce infrastructure defenses and maintain compliance with security standards, ensuring the protection of organizational data and assets.
- Lead the adoption of new technologies and services that improve users’ experiences and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain a service-oriented approach that prioritizes user satisfaction and continuous service improvements, optimizing the end-user experience across all IT services.
- Track key performance indicators related to infrastructure reliability and user services, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring that service level agreements are met and that vendors’ performances align with organizational goals.
- As a Vice President, you are responsible for the recruitment, performance management, and career development of the Infrastructure team. You’ll also be expected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables us to meet our business objectives.

What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, IT Infrastructure, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and user support services, with a track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects and initiatives required.
- Strong background in network and systems architecture required, including cloud services and virtualization.
- Experience with IT service management and delivery, with a focus on user satisfaction and operational excellence required.
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies and best practices required, including data center operations, network management, and cloud computing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Commitment to providing high-quality user services and driving technological innovation, ensuring that IT solutions align with business needs and enhance user experience.
- Approximately 10% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities
