Clinical Nurse Educator – NYC/Philadelphia 2076927

Location: NYC/Philadelphia (Onsite)

Focus: Rare Disease; Hematology

Job Overview: The Clinical Educator (CNE) fosters relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and teams, delivering education and gathering insights to improve support for Sickle Cell and other genetic conditions.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Provide education and support for Sickle Cell patients and families.

· Foster connections among patients and caregivers.

· Lead in-person and virtual educational programs.

· Raise awareness among healthcare professionals.

· Work with cross-functional teams to address patient needs.

· Track engagement and refine initiatives using CRM tools.

Primary Job Requirements:

· RN, GC, NP, or PAs currently working in clinics

· Clinical background in nursing, advanced practice, or genetic counseling with experience in Sickle Cell patient care.

· 5+ years in patient support, ideally in hematology or rare diseases, with Sickle Cell experience preferred.

· Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams to drive results.

· Problem-solving skills to ensure smooth coordination in patient support.

· Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S. for outreach and education.
