Join a leading technology innovator as an Administrative Assistant supporting a cutting-edge AI development program. You will be a vital part of a dynamic team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing directly to the program’s success. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in this fast-paced environment. As an integral member of the team, you will: Provide comprehensive administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for all team needs. Manage team purchases, invoices, expenses, and supplies. Oversee new hire setup and offboarding processes. Manage distribution lists, security groups, and team communication platforms. Handle strategic calendar management for the team, coordinating meetings and events. Lead the planning and execution of cohort onboarding activities, including logistics, communication, and new hire support. Coordinate and execute team events, including all-hands meetings, morale events, training sessions, and offsites. Manage team spaces, including desk assignments, conference rooms, and office moves. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in event planning, including office events. 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Office products. 5+ years of experience with calendaring and scheduling. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and proactively. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.66 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
