





Job Overview
We are looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial Associate Director, People Analytics to design, build, and execute all aspects of analytics and reporting for Human Resources. The individual will have a key role in developing the strategic vision and running the People Analytics and Workforce Management functions for the firm. This role will own the People Analytics reporting and provide thoughtful analysis and insights to stakeholders on an established cadence. This role will be tasked with identifying key insights in our data that provide actionable measures to drive the talent strategy. This individual will be tasked with owning data governance for Human Resources and providing relevant metrics and understanding about our people that contribute to our firm success. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands on, analytical builder who has a desire to make an impact cross functionally by providing data informed insights.
Responsibilities
- Establish the People Analytics function for the firm:
- Build, maintain and own metrics and people analytics reporting. Communicate insights on a consistent cadence to senior management.
- Drive data informed people decisions and mindset across the firm. Educate and empower the Human Resources team with advanced analytics methods and insight on topics such as retention, engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Lead analytic projects and ad hoc analysis using a broad set of analytical tools (Culture Amp, Excel, Workday etc.) and techniques to identify actionable data-driven insight and communicate to senior management business recommendations that support the firm’s talent objective and mission.
- Partner with talent acquisition, talent development, Human Resource business partners and finance to establish and drive our strategic workforce planning process. Own the data linkage between the workforce planning process to the budget and forecast.
- Develop and own our data governance model. Identify any data discrepancies and oversee data hygiene for people analytics to ensure accuracy and clean data.
- Play a key role in managing data related to compliance and regulatory processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient with market standard data analytics & reporting tools- excel, SQL, Macro’s, Python etc.
- Advanced Data Analytics Skills - Experience with creating insight with large data sets
- Experience creating automated reporting and dashboards for senior management
- Experience analyzing complex people data (headcount, attrition, recruiting metrics, diversity, performance management etc.)
- Experience working with Workday and Culture Amp
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a self- guided manner
- Familiarity with data architecture fundamentals and data warehousing
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and levels
- Ability to effectively communicate outputs of data analysis and provide insights to a broad audience (written and verbal)
