We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Program Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of our production program portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Program Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of our production program portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the production portfolio to achieve 100% on-time delivery across all contract milestones
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, factory, program, and supply chain stakeholders to drive program success
- Developing and implementing cost reduction and affordability initiatives to minimize costs and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
- Proactively managing budgets and overseeing Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 4-6 years work experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience within a factory, supply chain or equivalent
- Experience with regard to EVMS and Cost Account Management.
- Excellent program/project management skills.
- Business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget.
- Bachelors Degree
- Previously affordability experience
- Technical background
