




Our Asset Management team is currently seeking a full-time Property Control Rep IV. This individual will maintain inventory records of property owned by BAE Systems in accordance with company procedures and government regulations. They will lead property inventory and prepare reports of property inventory status. They will also lead inventories at infrequently visited sites, and will prepare monthly metrics packages for presentation to management. This role acts a liaison to junior team members.
Primary Responsibilities:
Inventory capital assets and government / customer property utilizing a scanner - done within labs, manufacturing areas, storage areas, containers, warehouses and equipment stock rooms
Resolve tagging issues by performing research utilizing various databases
Perform inventory reconciliation (compare available data against inventory results), this requires extensive email and personal communication across the company
Interface with all levels of management to accurately capture inventory results
Travel to other locations (NH / MA) with other team members to perform complete and sample inventories
Update information within established databases and perform the required analysis to support various reports
Search for lost or misplaced equipment using available data from multiple sources
High school education plus additional trade / college courses
Solid work experience (3-5 years preference within BAE Systems)
Experience within the defense environment
High energy individual
Strong communication skills via email, in person, online meetings
Accurate, neat in appearance, quality conscious
High level of expertise with Microsoft applications and ability to learn new systems (Excel and Power Point)
Preference is that candidate has a current Secret Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $54220 - $86752

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
