The Role

The Workplace Investment (WI) Test Data Management CoE is looking for a Senior System Analyst to support the analysis, design, and stability of test data systems and environments. In this role, you will work across teams to gather requirements, map data flows, troubleshoot issues, and enhance TDM-related tools and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring that test data infrastructure is reliable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business needs.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in system/business analysis, preferably in data-focused or QA/testing environments
• Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements across multiple systems
• Experience working with data models, metadata, and integration points between systems
• Understanding of ETL processes, test data workflows, and QA lifecycle
• Ability to create functional specs, process maps, and technical documentation
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for tracking and documentation
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance standards is a plus

• You analyze complex data flows and system dependencies to identify risks, bottlenecks, or inconsistencies in the test data infrastructure
• You work closely with engineers, product owners, and TDS contributors to gather and clarify test data requirements
• You help design scalable and sustainable solutions to improve test data availability, accuracy, and usability
• You proactively identify weaknesses in system integration or environment setup and drive improvements in stability
• You support change management by documenting system behaviors, mapping dependencies, and tracking enhancements
• You contribute to the roadmap for TDM tools and processes based on user feedback and operational insights
• You ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation for test data solutions

The Team

The WI QE Center of Excellence (CoE) leads the effort to improve test data systems across Fidelity WI. As part of the Test Data Management team, the Senior System Analyst works as a bridge between engineering, product, and business - ensuring test data solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned to user and regulatory needs. You will help streamline data delivery, stabilize environments, and elevate the user experience across test platforms.
