Boston - Investment Management - Private Funds Midlevel Associate
Seeking a midlevel associate with three to five years of large law firm experience to join our investment management practice. The successful applicant will have experience (a) forming private investment funds, such as hedge funds, venture capital funds and/or private equity funds, (b) structuring and drafting documentation for upper tier management entities and bonus and carry plans (c) working on secondary transactions, including GP-led restructurings, and/or (d) assisting with investments by institutional investors in private funds and co-investments. Have familiarity with private fund structures and laws and regulations governing private funds and managers. This position will be resident in our Boston office. Active Massachusetts bar membership required.
