Love What You Do!

Vice President of Culture and Belonging

Riverside Community Care is one of the largest and most respected community-based not-for-profit behavioral healthcare and human service organizations in Massachusetts. The breadth of our services and our commitment to innovation has earned us national recognition, the respect of our peers, loyalty from our employees, and high ratings from the people we serve. We serve children, adolescents, families, and adults in need of behavioral healthcare and a broad range of human services. Communities, schools, and workplaces also turn to Riverside when faced with the emotional aftermath of tragic events or on suicide prevention.

The Vice President of Culture and Belonging is a key member of Riverside’s Leadership Team, responsible for driving and sustaining Riverside’s strategic vision for culture and belonging. This role collaborates closely with the Executive Leadership Team and other leaders to put the strategic plan into action and implement initiatives that foster a culture of respect and inclusion for all employees across all aspects of Riverside’s operations, including service delivery.

As a champion for culture and belonging, the VP ensures that Riverside maintains an environment where all individuals feel valued and supported. They oversee and work in close partnership with the Culture and Belonging Committee and other Riverside groups to advance engagement initiatives.

The VP plays a vital role in engaging all employees, collaborating with service divisions and departments within Riverside to embed principles of equality, inclusion and belonging throughout Riverside.

This role requires a passionate, self-motivated leader who can build trusting, collaborative relationships across the organization.  The VP also oversees and supports the Culture and Belonging Specialist in executing engagement & training initiatives.
