  • Expertise in the use of image analysis toolkits (e.g., scikit-image, OpenCV)
  • Hands-on experience in customizing ML/AI methods (scikit-learn, PyTorch, Tensorflow) for applying image analytics for feature extraction, characterization, classification and prediction.
  • Experience with analytics and statistics of high dimensional data.
  • Strong programming skills, ideally in Python
  • Experience with version control (Git), and cluster compute (HPC/AWS)
  • Excellent communication skills that can be tailored to scientists with or without computational biology expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely progress
  • A team-oriented mindset that welcomes feedback and supports others, and a desire to be part of a highly innovative company aimed at transforming the lives of people with serious diseases.

Education and Experience:

  • Ph.D. (or equivalent degree) in computer science, computational biology, bioengineering, bioinformatics, or a related field and 0-3 years of productive, relevant post-doctoral employment experience, or
