Role overview

We are looking for the next member of our Ad Technology Operations team. The Ad Tech Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for developing, observing and delivering analytical support for all ATO ad-serving issues. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and flexible team player, with a strong analytical and creative mind that thrives in a fast paced startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain, and automate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Diagnose and resolve platform and ad-serving issues.
  • Deliver analytical support for platforms, projects, and clientele.
  • Generate bespoke reports, templates, and dashboards to furnish analysis to relevant teams and/or streamline team operations via automation.
  • Observe platform delivery trends and investigate deviations.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop, test, and implement novel advertising products or functionalities.
  • Aid sales in forecasting and contract preparation/documentation.
  • Execute, deploy and troubleshoot campaigns across various ad serving platforms.
  • Propose optimization solutions to enhance performance and/or revenue.

What you'll bring

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of digital advertising experience
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suites, with emphasis on Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Capacity to comprehend ad serving data and marketing metrics.
  • Knowledgeable of intricate ad serving concepts, header bidding, and tailored ad stacks.
  • Ability to interpret patterns and data outputs to design dashboards and reports.
  • Experienced in Ad Serving technology and terminology.
  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Meta, Instagram, and diverse SMPs.
  • Capable of effective communication within a team setting.
  • Robust collaborative skills and aptitude for engaging and working with multiple teams.
