Art Director: Beauty Industry
Location: Hybrid (Wilton, CT)
Our client is seeking an experienced Art Director with a strong background in beauty or fashion to lead creative development across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to concept and execute 360 campaigns across web, social, email, packaging, and in-store.
- Lead visual storytelling, photo shoots (including casting and styling), and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Design and develop assets for digital ads, social media, emails, SMS, POP, POS, and packaging.
- Drive the brand's creative vision, staying ahead of trends and ensuring a distinctive visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in beauty/fashion creative roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 360 campaign work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; basic video editing and UX/UI knowledge a plus.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Monday.com, and print production preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and emerging marketing trends.
