Empower Purpose-Driven Transformation
- Engage Key Decision-Makers: Collaborate at scale with leaders of social impact organizations, including CXOs and Business Decision Makers, to co-create AI-driven digital strategies.
- Build Trusted Relationships: Develop long-term, trusted partnerships by deeply understanding customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bridge Technology and Purpose: Align social impact organisations’ outcomes with Microsoft’s AI and cloud solutions to deliver transformative outcomes.
Accelerate Results
- Execute for Growth: Develop and implement growth territory, account and opportunity plans that drive scalable customer solutions and innovations that result in measurable growth, enhance satisfaction, and achieve impactful outcomes.
- Collaborate for Tailored Solutions: Work with internal teams, partners, and digital resources to deliver scalable solutions for the unique needs of social impact organisations.
- Drive Digital Engagement: Leverage digital tools, including video, audio, and social selling, to strengthen relationships and accelerate adoption of AI and cloud solutions across social impact organisations.
Inspire Innovation
- Lead Virtual Workshops: Design and deliver virtual customer engagements that showcase Microsoft’s AI and cloud capabilities, inspiring bold transformation strategies.
- Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Develop strategic business cases and roadmaps that align with customer KPIs for actionable and impactful change.
- Encourage Visionary Thinking: Share global practices and success stories to help social impact organisations amplify their impact at scale.
Drive Sales Excellence
- Unlock Growth Opportunities: Design and execute scalable territory and account strategies using data-driven insights and proactive digital engagement.
- Cultivate Ecosystem Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with Microsoft’s partner network to scale innovative solutions and drive impactful outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Lead pipelines and forecast sales excellence, and align efforts with organisational goals to exceed expectations.
- Be a Thought Leader: Stay ahead of industry trends, leverage your expertise to influence decisions, and position yourself as a trusted advisor to social impact organisations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 1+ year(s) sales and negotiation experience or related work experience
- OR 3+ years sales and negotiation experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- OR 3+ years sales and negotiation experience
- Experience with digital engagement and managing relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience with leveraging digital tools to build customer relationships and execute account plans.
Preferred Experience:
- Technology sales experience, ideally working with social impact or public sector organisations.
- Experience engaging and presenting at scale through digital platforms to business decision makers, including CXOs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s Cloud and AI portfolio of solutions.
Digital Account Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.53 - $64.62 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $48.37 - $69.18 per hour.
