Full Job Description

About the Management Division
The Management Division is a community of collaborative, supportive colleagues who are actively engaged in their academic disciplines and with the practitioner community, and who are innovative educators. Our division includes eighteen full-time tenure-track faculty members and ten full-time lecturers in two general areas: Organizational Behavior and Strategy. In recent years, faculty members have published in top-tier management journals for academics (e.g., Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal), practitioners (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review), and educators (e.g., Academy of Management Learning & Education, Journal of Management Education). In addition, our faculty are actively engaged in their academic communities serving as journal editors (e.g. Academy of Management Learning & Education), editorial review board members (e.g. Strategic Management Journal, Leadership Quarterly, Academy of Management Review), and assuming leadership positions in the Academy (e.g., AOM Careers division, SMS strategic human capital division, POS micro-communities).

As an OB community of scholars, we have a shared interest in the generative potential of work. Individually, we explore this interest in areas including leadership development, relationships at work, coaching, careers, diversity, equity, and inclusion at work, mental health, conflict resolution, and management education.
