The Faculty Development & Diversity (FDD) Office promotes a respectful and collaborative culture by offering longitudinal leadership programs, professional development seminars, and individualized consultations to support faculty across career stages.This Program Coordinator position will support both the FDD Office (50% FTE) and industry and federally funded research studies in the Section of Endocrinology (50% FTE). The position bridges faculty advancement and academic research operations, contributing to the department's broader goals of faculty success and innovation. The position plays a vital role in ensuring the success of both faculty development programs and research execution in Endocrinology. This position provides essential coordination support to the Faculty Development & Diversity (FDD) Office in the Department of Medicine, and to an NIH-funded and industry funded study in the Section of Endocrinology. The role includes managing administrative and programmatic components of faculty development initiatives while contributing to the operational and logistical needs of a multi-year research project. The Program Coordinator will work with a wide range of faculty and staff and must demonstrate strong organization, communication, and attention to detail across both functions.
