About This Role:
The Associate Director, Global Pricing and Access will spearhead the market access, payer evidence, and pricing strategies for our Alzheimer's Disease and neurodegeneration portfolio. As a key member of the Global Pricing and Access team, you will be responsible for developing and executing value and access strategies, integrating these considerations into both development and commercialization phases. This role involves engaging with external stakeholders and potential collaborators, ensuring seamless negotiation strategies for reimbursement submissions, and fostering innovative access schemes. By developing evidence generation strategies, you will contribute significantly to the portfolio's success. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Pricing & Access, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future access landscape for our groundbreaking therapies.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the strategic direction and daily execution of the Value and Access workstreams for the ADD portfolio.
- Provide strategic guidance to the product development and commercialization teams, influencing life cycle planning.
- Oversee the development of market access tools to secure pricing, reimbursement, and access for current and future products.
- Leverage interactions with regional and affiliate Market Access Networks to ensure coordinated global and regional strategies.
- Develop and communicate long-range Value and Access strategies and roadmaps for the portfolio.
- Represent the company at scientific and technical external events.
- Engage closely with internal teams to elevate market access acumen across the enterprise.

Required Skills:
- Master's or doctorate in a related economic, scientific, or business discipline.
- 7+ years of relevant pricing and access experience, including a strong understanding of the payer environment globally.
- Experience in developing global payer policy and strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical product development or commercialization.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within short timeframes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with innovative contracting proposals.
- Knowledge of health technologies assessment and health policy.
- Proven track record of developing therapeutic expertise.

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
