Our client is looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager to join their team.
This is a hybrid role, onsite in Wilton, CT - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.
You will be responsible for coordinating timelines, priorities, communication, and deliverables across the creative organization.
Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:
-Manage timelines and workflows across multiple creative projects
-Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams and stakeholders
-Ensure projects stay on track, organized, and prioritized
-Translate complex initiatives into clear next steps and actionable plans
-Oversee approvals, reviews, revisions, and production schedules
-Help manage creative team budgets
-Support project planning for campaigns, launches, trade shows, packaging, content, and experiential work
-Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve workflow challenges
-Maintain visibility into overall creative team priorities and capacity
Creative Project Manager Qualifications:
-3+ years of strong PM experience
-Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
-Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy across timelines and deliverables
-Solid project management experience managing workflows, priorities, and cross-functional teams
-Effective communicator, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
-Proactive problem-solver who identifies bottlenecks and keeps projects on track
-Budgeting experience
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
