Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct customer service and counseling in person, on the telephone, and through email to students and other clients of the seven offices of Enrollment and Student Affairs.
- Use comprehensive knowledge of the policies and procedures of Admissions, Financial Assistance, the University Registrar, Student Employment, and the University Service Center to advise students and resolve client problems and concerns.
- Provide service that is personal, professional, and confidential to prospective and enrolled students, parents, families, alumni, University faculty and administrators, guidance counselors, and other internal and external groups.
- Process incoming daily work and handle special enrollment projects as needed.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- One to three years of experience
