Job Overview
The Senior Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Alpine Hall & Tipsy Trout as well as other potential activations at the Lodge at Spruce Peak. You will train and motivate staff to maximize profitability.
Essential Job functions
· Responsible for the Daily Operation of Tipsy Trout & Alpine Hall and other activations as applicable.
· Training & Development of line level Colleagues and Managers to ensure seamless & luxurious guest service.
· Purchasing, Invoicing and Coding.
· Manages schedule and payroll for employees.
· Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered.
· Ensures a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department, including inspecting tabletops, countertops and side stations through floor presence.
· Supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of service team.
· Monitoring and responding to customer experience opportunities in real time.
· Ability to roll out and execute initial trainings as well as continuing education for colleagues.
· Guest Service Recoveries and Communication.
· Coaching in the moment to Service Colleagues for both celebration and opportunities.

Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required. A college degree is preferred.
· 1-2 years of prior Management experience required.
· Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
· Basic understanding of MS Office and Micros
