What You'll Do

Our Digital Product Organization is a collection of portfolios that drive value via technology across our BCG business. As the Senior Director, Product Portfolio Lead for Digital Collaboration, you will be a key leader in our Digital Products organization, responsible for shaping and delivering the next generation of enterprise collaboration, meeting technology and team productivity solutions. You will drive a digital-first, AI-powered agenda that enables seamless, effective teamwork, across BCG's global workforce.

In this role, you will:

• Lead a high-impact portfolio team managing tools such as M365, Slack, ChatGPT, Copilot, Zoom, and emerging GenAI technologies that enhance team productivity and digital collaboration
• Oversee enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, integrating Generative AI, automation, and immersive technologies into collaboration workflows
• Define and execute a strategic vision and product roadmap, ensuring digital collaboration tools align with business priorities
• Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging user insights and analytics to optimize platform adoption and engagement
• Ensure Agile execution and adoption, enabling continuous innovation through iterative enhancements and cross-functional collaboration
• Champion change management and digital adoption, ensuring BCG employees maximize the benefits of modern collaboration tools
• Obsess over the employee experience, ensuing that every digital collaboration and productivity tool is intuitive, frictionless and adds measurable value to users

Among your responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management

• Set and drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution
• Define business outcomes for portfolio which support business objectives, working in partnership with your engineering counterpart (Technical Team Lead)
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise collaboration and productivity solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business needs
• Champion innovation and technology adoption, leveraging GenAI, automation and AI-powered productivity tools to enhance teamwork
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure collaboration solutions align with broader digital product strategies
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth and innovation

Data-Driven Decision Making & Experience-Lead Innovation

• Build on data and analytics framework to measure digital adoption, productivity and collaboration effectiveness
• Partner with User Experience Center of Expertise to develop and leverage user journey insights to inform product evolution and drive continuous improvement
• Implement predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize collaboration workflows and employee engagement

Agile Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead Agile transformation efforts, embedding Scrum principles and iterative delivery within product teams
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Digital Products, Engineering, and Business to enhance adoption and impact
• Establish governance models and KPIs to track portfolio success and ensure continuous improvement

Change Management & Organizational Impact

• Develop and execute change management strategies, in partnership with Change and Communications Center of Expertise, to drive adoption and successful use of tools.
• Engage with senior leadership to ensure alignment between business outcomes and technology investments
• Build and mentor high-performing global teams. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing, ensuring global teams maximize productivity
• Partner with Managing Director Partners and senior leadership on transformation initiatives
• Proactively engage employees and key stakeholders, gathering feedback and understanding user needs to drive continuous improvements

What You'll Bring

• 15+ years of relevant experience in tech transformation in digital collaboration, workplace technology, or enterprise productivity solutions
• A proven track record of delivering large-scale workplace collaboration and productivity solutions
• Deep expertise in enterprise collaboration and GenAI platforms (M365, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc..)
• Strong background in Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of AI, automation and emerging workplace technologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities
• Strategic vision with execution excellence
