What our Instructional Designer Enjoy Most About the Role
- Collaborating with leaders and experts to make learning fun and improve business performance.
- Partnering with the business to set clear goals that support our objectives.
- Designing high-quality content that is tailored to the audience's needs.
- Reviewing and updating training materials to meet goals and incorporate feedback.
- Staying updated on industry tools and processes to deliver creative training solutions
Working Conditions:
The role is based in a regular office environment, and you can work from home one day a week according to our Hybrid Work Policy.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in education, Adult Learning or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 2+ years in instructional design and development to craft engaging content.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Skilled in using digital learning tools for effective design and delivery.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Effective organization and prioritization skills.
- Clear communication across all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate in Instructional Design or Technology.
