What You'll Do
You will support BCG U's operations team, which could include Business Development, operations and delivery activities. You will support the following set of activities (but not limited to):
- BD initiative support (e.g. internal marketing on BCG U, pipeline tracking)
- Support internal activation meetings, including helping on the agenda of these meetings, preparing meeting decks, capture action items and follow-ups post-meetings
- Database management (eg. CRM, Vendor Data), including ensuring data accuracy
- Assess improvement efforts on Analytics/Selected Learner Analytics
- Contrbute to culture initiatives (eg. virtual ice-breakers for All Hands Meetings, End of Year Celebration) to foster engagement and team connection
- Updating Faculty materials (eg. Faculty bios)
- Support with internal marketing and communications efforts (eg. Win Announcements, Slack communication strategy)
- General operations and delivery activities (eg. mantain BCG U people roster)
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Providing Project Management support on new projects development: business case, functional analysis, development, and launch;
- Maintaining and analyzing data related to existing digital projects;
- Managing operational activities and analysis with an analytical and business critical approach;
- Supporting in preparing analysis and related reports and presentations for internal meetings with all-level stakeholders;
- Having an interest on education/ upskilling topic.
What You'll Bring
- Preference to rising junior or senior working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Ability to understand the importance of business processes.
Who You'll Work With
As part of the BCG U Operations Team, you may work with all members of the Ops team, including the Global Operations Director.

Compensation range for role: $21-$24 per hour
