The Role
The Manager, Global Product & Markets Information will be part of an emerging team that is focused on helping our global trading desk navigate the complexities of operating in international markets as US based investors. The Manager will impact the redesign and improvement the group.
- Provide market information to trading desks so they can execute transactions effectively.
- Keep Fidelity informed and advised of all upcoming impacting market and regulatory changes in the region that would impact our overall operation.
- Manage relationships externally with custodian banks and internally across legal, compliance, operations, various product groups, and trading desks.
- Deliver projects to internal collaborators using agile frameworks whenever feasible and suitable.
- Perform detailed data analysis that will enable informed decision making.
The Expertise & Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
- Any professional qualifications such as Six-Sigma or Agile are a distinct advantage.
- 2-3 years of Team Lead / management experience in financial services, with demonstrated ability to manage relationships externally with custodian banks and internally across legal, compliance, operations, various product groups, and trading desks.
- 3-4 years of experience of operational controls, procedures and governance standards a requirement.
- Project management experience using agile frameworks when possible and suitable.
- Advanced analytical skills
- Working knowledge of market opening requirements in a domestic and international setting a distinct advantage.
- Ability to navigating problem resolution in the full trade lifecycle including understanding fund structure components affecting the transaction.

Global Product & Markets Information's mission is to facilitate information flow regarding our funds and clients to ensure trading readiness across complex products and international markets, by ensuring our banking relationships are ready to operationally support Fidelity Investments.
