Summary:

This role manages the printed circuit board evaluations for new products that are being developed by the company, utilizing the resources of a state-of-the-art technical center. The individual will coordinate, perform, and summarize testing on new products being introduced to the printed circuit board industry. This role is located onsite at the Rogers, CT location.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with colleagues to design and execute testing plans for new products.
• Summarize product test plan results and present internally as needed.
• Maintain regular weekly meetings to review workstream status and keep projects on schedule.
• Work with circuit processing equipment as necessary to move materials through the various printed circuit board processing steps.
• Utilizing a state-of-the-art laboratory and technical center, perform printed circuit board tests as necessary to maintain project schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of applications engineering experience.
• Experience in a technical laboratory environment supporting technology/product development and/or quality assurance.
• Experience applying Six Sigma, Shainin, and/or design experimentation tools to problem solving activities.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated high levels of attention to detail to ensure accurate planning and test execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team and roles.
• Ability to implement creative solutions to solve problems.
