Summary:

This role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day engineering support for manufacturing operations, as well as assists implementing yield, process and product improvements.

Essential Functions:

• Works with othersto maintain safety, product quality/yield and manufacturing effectiveness through daily troubleshooting and resolution of process difficulties.
• Assists with optimization ofmanufacturing processes to provide sustainable gains in cost effectiveness and product performance through capital projects, statistical analysis, designed experiments and procedural changes.
• Assists with resolution of customertechnical/quality issues and provide special products.
• Participates on cross-functional teams to resolve problems,develop, and start upnew products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sDegree in Engineering or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of process engineering experience
• Familiaritywith engineering modeling and design software
