The Opportunity:
This mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about financial planning and relationship management. You'll play a key role in supporting advisors, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute client trades with precision and timeliness, aiming for 100% accuracy.
Manage estate settlement processes and assist with life insurance illustrations and applications.
Prepare and process client deliverables and documentation.
Respond to client inquiries and provide account-related support.
Facilitate account transfers and 401(k) rollovers.
Ensure thorough follow-up from client meetings, including trades, compliance, and documentation.
Collaborate with the Home Office to resolve client or operational issues.
Contribute to workflow improvements and enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
FINRA Series 7 license required.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
Self-starter who works well independently and within a team.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM systems, trading platforms, and financial planning software.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
