We are seeking a Senior Director, Business Process Management to drive the establishment and execution of enterprise-wide process standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks that enable global transformation and operational cohesion. This leader will oversee a global Process Center of Excellence (CoE), championing standardized, efficient, and scalable business processes while supporting the unique needs of regional operations.
As a critical member of the Business Enablement organization, the Sr Director, Business Process Excellence will partner closely with business units and IT to optimize end-to-end process performance, support digital enablement efforts, and ensure that cross-functional value streams are designed for impact and aligned with strategic priorities. This role will also own and maintain the enterprise process architecture, global standard process documentation, understanding of localized process variations and impacts, and process catalogues, guiding teams in the consistent design, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes across business domains.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned transformation leader with deep expertise in process optimization, cross-functional design, and business architecture. They bring a global mindset and practical experience with frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM, and thrive in complex, matrixed environments where they can influence at all levels and drive measurable change.
What You Can Offer Us
- Lead the company’s global Process Excellence function, overseeing the development, standardization, and continual refinement of core business processes.
- Operate a global Process Center of Excellence (CoE) to provide consulting, facilitation, and support services for transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design and maintain the enterprise-wide business process architecture, including oversight of the process library and catalog of cross-functional value streams.
- Drive alignment of business processes across regions, ensuring global consistency while accommodating local business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Own, maintain and administer centralized process mapping tool.
- Facilitate value stream mapping and design workshops to optimize end-to-end business processes across departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Finance, HR).
- Lead the development and enforcement of global process standards, modeling conventions, documentation formats, and governance protocols.
- Consult across functions to ensure process cohesion and maturity before initiating technology development or data transformation efforts.
- Provide guidance on the prioritization and sequencing of cross-functional process design work, ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation goals.
- Collaborate with the Business Planning, Business PMO, and Data Governance and Intelligence teams to ensure that processes are clearly defined, measurable, and supported by sound business cases.
- Partner with IT to support workflow automation, system configuration, and solution architecture based on well-defined process designs.
- Develop training and enablement programs to increase process literacy and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Act as a senior advisor to business and transformation leaders, helping them understand process dependencies and the impact of proposed changes.
- Continuously evaluate the maturity of enterprise processes, using KPIs and benchmarking data to recommend improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends and process excellence methodologies, ensuring the organization remains agile and competitive in its operations.
- As a Sr Director, you are responsible for the recruitment, performance management, and career development for your team. You’ll also be expected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables us to meet our business objectives.

What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
- At least 12 years of experience in process optimization, transformation leadership, or business architecture within global, asset-intensive industries such as telecommunications, infrastructure, or real estate.
- Experience leading a process center of excellence and driving large-scale process improvement programs across multiple business domains.
- Deep expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or Value Stream Mapping; certification preferred (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt).
- Proven ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional workshops to design scalable, efficient, and customer-centric processes.
- Strong track record of delivering process optimization outcomes tied to enterprise technology or data initiatives.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization and balancing central governance with regional flexibility.
- Skilled at managing organizational change and engaging stakeholders at all levels to adopt and sustain process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity and influence executive decision-making.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, workflow platforms) and their interdependencies with business processes.
- Ability to build consensus and inspire teams to adopt a process-first, customer-driven mindset.
- Approximately 20–25% international travel may be required to support this position’s responsibilities.
