BAE Systems' Electronic Systems Sector is currently seeking a Financial Analyst Senior, to add to the Sector LCM Team. The candidate selected for this position will function as the Lifecycle Management (LCM) Finance Lead for Annual Sector Level Reporting, Special Projects and Quarterly Template maintenance and enhancements. This role reports to the Sector LCM Manager but also closely supports the Business Area LCM Managers and Program Teams. This unique position gives a broad view of the programmatic operations across the ES Sector. This role works closely with the Finance and Program Manager community and interfaces as well with Senior Level Leaders in Finance and other functions.
This role can be performed in a full-time remote format. However, occasionally there are in-person meetings with the broader LCM Team.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of LCM Process and Policy related to Project Finance by demonstrating the application of LCM principles through ownership of all quarterly templates.
- Maintain updates to the One Liner Dashboard and enhance dashboard for additional reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with Business Area LCM leads and Program Teams to ensure communication of compliance with LCM policy.
- Collaborate with Program Services Team to refine processes and align with business changes.
- Gain exposure to Senior Management through project initiatives such as new tools and processes.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions which will increase efficiencies, data insights, eliminate nonvalue add activities such as program performance trends and predictive analysis to identify programs with poor performance utilizing automated dashboard reporting and minimizing the reliance on excel.
- Lead the Annual 1921-3 submittal and assist in yearly Business Risk Management process.
- Lead Sector LCM Projects by collaborating with Business Area contacts to ensure awareness and roll out of guidance and process changes.
- Support quarterly executive level presentations with Senior Directors and FLT Members.
- Support quarterly Deloitte Audits and Internal FCF/Inc. audits.
- Support Business Area LCM Leads by assisting with all templates in Sector LCM and collaborate with Program Finance Leads on areas of enhancement.
- Support the Sector LCM Team in yearly trainings and Learning Sessions.
- Assist in monthly Business Finance Newsletter releases and enhance outreach to the business.
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of work experience or equivalent experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills -Word, Power Point, Excel (strong skills in macros and dashboards)
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, process/results oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
- Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
- Ability to work cooperatively across multiple finance and non-finance functions with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Program Finance deliverables and Finance cycles (monthly/quarterly)
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills necessary for interfacing with all levels of management, across functions, and with Finance employees
