JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Seamless Entertainment will support strategy creation and lead the execution of campaigns focused on video streaming, with a particular focus on planning and partnership across strategic content focused moments (cultural, holiday, premiere, opportunistic, etc.). Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to map out and deliver campaigns that attract, activate, and retain users, while continuously optimizing for performance.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through implementing and maintaining marketing plans that align with organizational and departmental objectives tied to customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Continuously develop marketing strategies, including new tests and optimizations based on campaign learnings, to maximize results
- Creating strategies that connect our products to the content and talent for customers.
- Managing day-to-day execution of campaign workflows.
- Serving as a key liaison with content and programming partners for co-marketing efforts.
- Ensure the customer experience is integrated into every campaign touchpoint.
- Manage campaign performance analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
- Participate in partner communications and content launches for high-impact promotions.
- Using market and audience insights to inform messaging, targeting, and product enhancements.
- Manage team members daily and prioritize project tasks and outstanding deliverables.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Knowledge of streaming apps, including marketing acumen
- Experience with demand generation, upsell, cross sell, retention, and engagement marketing channels
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to supervise and motivate others
- Project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating efforts across a variety of functional areas
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across the company and facilitate collaboration between teams.
- Technically savvy; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Analytics and Tableau preferred
- Strong analytical approach to presenting recommendations and making decisions
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and procedures
- Ability to create plans, timelines, expense forecasts & process flowcharts
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education & experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
- Marketing or related experience - 7
- Management experience - 3

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Digital native with keen understanding of streaming platforms
- Understanding of the content/programmer dynamic within a cable/telecom ecosystem
- Proven track record of hands-on execution of complex initiatives
