Our medical device company is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team on a freelance to hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience across various platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posting on social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Utilize Sprinklr for social media management, reporting, and analytics to track performance and ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Experience with content calendar development and management.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, especially Sprinklr.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in medical, pharma, or other highly regulated industry is highly preferred.
- Agency experience is preferred, but not required.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
