The Role

Join the Marketing Automation & Lead Management team to build and automate journeys using real-time personalization that provide relevant and timely content to our audiences. Blend your email expertise with a test and learn approach to drive engagement and deliver optimized experiences to our clients.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Apply journey orchestration platforms and technologies (CDP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analytics) to build and automate journeys and event-based triggers, segmentation and real-time personalization

  • Deep understanding of marketing automation and multichannel lead generation strategies, and expertise in building omnichannel journey workflows

  • Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar marketing automation tool and with Salesforce CRM

  • Collaborate with key partners across marketing in journey orchestration planning

  • Identify and advocate for advancements in automation capabilities to drive productivity and client satisfaction

  • Understand data sources to integrate with systems ensuring a unified view of customer interactions

  • Understand and demonstrate the latest capabilities in marketing automation, marketing journey builder, and the connection between digital marketing and lead cultivating

  • Maintain an open and collaborative test and learn approach across marketing channels with an emphasis on optimizing content, tactics, and channel mix to improve business outcomes

  • Maintain oversight of all journeys to ensure they are operational and performing as expected

  • Document and optimize data flow through systems, guiding the integrations between SFMC and CRM systems

  • Partner with marketing effectiveness, marketing analytics and sales support teams to establish shared marketing-sales performance reporting

  • Integrity and purpose with a strong sense of accountability owning successes and failures

  • Exceptional organizational skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing or re-prioritizing, and using outstanding judgement in engaging collaborators and senior resources

The Team

The Email Strategy & Operations team is part of the Fidelity Institutional (FI) & Asset Management Marketing Digital Engagement team with a focus on delivering industry leading client experiences through our digital channel innovation. We are focused on keeping clients and prospects engaged with our content and building positive brand recognition. We are committed to building a team culture where individuals can grow and flourish.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$143,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
